Cooking oils are best preserved in light-proof receptacles no matter whether they are refined oils or cold-pressed oils. When the oils are flavoured or refined with herbs they oxidate much faster.

Whatever oil you prefer: if you want to be on the safe side and want to enjoy your oil for a long time to come, store it in Speidel tanks.
